Alex started his real estate career in Boston as a rental agent learning the business in 2008. During this time, he attended the University of Massachusetts Boston studying economics. In late 2010, he saw an opportunity in the South Florida real estate market and decided to get involved in larger ventures down south. He was appointed to head of asset acquisitions for a real estate investment trust based in Toronto/Fort Lauderdale. Alex specialized in analyzing and acquiring single-family homes and multi-family properties in Florida and Georgia. The company then decided to sell the single-family portfolio and put Alex with the task of selling the portfolio. Since 2008 he has done over 1300 transactions and over $280 million dollars in sales.
